Express Entry - Is it the way forward?

It’s only recently that I came to know about the express entry scheme although it started back in January. I went through a lot of articles on it, but I still couldn’t make out exactly what it stands for.

My brother would like to apply for visa to Canada to pursue higher studies.

Can someone break it down into simpler form for me?

  1. Express Entry is for Skilled Immigration, your brother if he wants to study in Canada, applies for a study permit, not immigration.
