ECA evaluation for CIC purposes

I am Doctor of Medicine(M.D) in Ayurveda from mumbai university and had submitted ECA evaluation to WES for CIC purposes. They cancelled my application saying that “there are no comparable programs offered in Canada”

I replied them & gave the NOC code #3232 where ayurvedic practioners are listed. Its employment requirment is" completion of training programs specific to their type of practice and some supervised practical training"

Please guide me further. Suggest the way out for me.
