Common Law Separation after Landing

Me and my partner had been together when we had applied for the PR, currently he remains in Canada while I am planning to start living there in the next 10 months.

We broke up recently, after we both landed in the country and received our PR cards.

How do we inform or whom do we inform about the break up to change the status on our PR?
