Cannot find my COPR - Applying for Citizenship

I am about to send in my application for citizenship and cannot find my COPR form anywhere. I usually am good at saving things and I can’t remember if I even got one. I have my U.S. passport with the IM-1 entry visa and everything else, ready to go. I became a PR in October 2010 when I landed in Sarnia. I do have the paper that came with my PR card but NO IMM 5292 or IMM 5688.
Can I just file the application an get a Verification of Status application going so I will have it for the swearing in ceremony? Or will my application be returned?

By the way, I just turned 65 so I would think the process would go smoothly and quickly because no test or proof of language skills is required. I’d hate to mess it up by botching the first application.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
