Can she Deport me?

My wife can deport me or not I got married in 5th may 2012 and I came here in 18 august 2015 and I live with her 6 months and now she is showing me attitude even she don’t giving me right to being her husband mean no physically relation. And plus she always want me to cook and house work like washing dishes and all …and two day before she and her sister fight with me her sister slaps me and abuse me but I didn’t reply here back because I am a man and always threat me to send back and deport… I have permamnent residence card… and she want to send me back I dont want to go back because I am.happy here pls help.me

If you are concerned about the conditional permanent resident status, it only applies to partners if their spousal sponsorship application was submitted on or after October 25, 2012 AND:

*they were in a relationship for 2 years or less when they applied; and
*they did not have any children together when they applied.

Being abused or neglected by your sponsor or their family?
You do not have to stay in the relationship to keep your status in Canada if you are being abused or neglected.

If you are affected by the conditional permanent residence measure, you can request an exception.

If you are not affected by the conditional permanent residence measure, you should remember that in Canada, abuse is not tolerated. You do not have to remain in an abusive situation. This brochure provides information you can use to get help.

You can get help in an emergency, in a crisis, or anytime that you experience abuse.
