can my children get citizenship while living in US

I was born in Canada, grew up in Ontario,

and now reside in the US. I have 3 boys born 2004 - 2008 and

I want to apply for Canadian citizenship.

We plan to stay living in the US.

Can I apply for citizenship for them if we do not yet plan to relocate back to Canada?
