Was Just Wondering unfortunately I had a bit of trouble with rent recently and everything is taken care of now…
But the landlord when he filed the N4 deducted my last months rent form the arrears.mm My understanding is that they cannot do that that money is only for use to pay last months rent on a unit is this true or is he in violation of thr RTA?
