Can I travel as a PR? Former Refugee Claimant

Hello,
First off I would like to thanks in advance anyone for help and it will be greatly appreciated!!

if possible please provide as much details as possible.

I was accepted as a convention refugee in 2012 and recently received a PR confirmation after an interview with the immigration officer. First thing I would like to know is how long does it take to get the PR card after this?

Secondly my mother still resides in the country of origin and she is having serious health conditions since a year and half so I would like to know as a former refugee claimant and now PR can I visit the country of persecution for couple of weeks just to see her?

Can I use the passport of the country of persecution to travel in general?

If I do go, what could be the consequences? can I loose my status?

If anyone has gone through this situation,Please share your experience at the airport? what do immigration officers ask at the airport?

Thanks everyone
