As a landlord, am I obligated to renew lease?
Do I have to have a valid reason. If tenants can leave with appropriate notice why can’t landlords do the same.
We don’t like our tenant. He is a big headache with a big attitude.
Every month there is something. We are tired of him and we just don’t wish to have him live there anymore. We just don’t wish to renew our lease with him.
What are our rights as a landlords?
