Application for PRTD if PR card is taking too long

Hello

I became a PR on June 21, 2019. However, I needed to return from Canada to settle my affairs since I have been offered a job. I have not yet received the PR on the mailing address provided nor do I have any updates on the status of my PR. I have tries contacting IRCC via web form but hav not yet heard form them. I cannot call their contact number from outside Canada. I have 2 questions:

  1. Any ways I can contact the CIC to know if my PR card application requires additional info?
  2. Will a valid job offer letter serve a strong basis to applying for PRTD.

Hello

Thanks for the prompt reply. I will apply for a PRTD from the nearest visa center. However, the system is unable to find my application for PR Card when I used the provided link.

I have also filled out the web form but havnt heard from them. Is it possible for someone to speak to IRCC on my behalf who is in Canada?
