Where do I apply for PRTD?- In Different Countries

If i am going to different countries on my trip where do i apply for my PRTD while on my trip?

Also, if i cannot find a copy of the receipt i paid for my application for my PR to send a new URGENT PR application what do I do to show ive paid?

I know I am not allowed to pay again.

to find out where to submit your application, you need to select the country you will be applying from (you can choose your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted.

Regarding getting a copy of your receipt, you may want to contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre to see if this is possible.
