I got my permanent residency on the first week of April 2018. I am still waiting for my first PR card. I have a family wedding to attend in my home country and I haven’t received my PR card yet.
So my question is that can i apply for a travel document? If yes how long does it take to get it and how to apply for one ? Or should i just wait for my PR card ?

I also landed in First week of April, however i got ADR on 24th May 2018 for new picture for myself and family.
better call cic call centre and they will update you withe the exact status.
