# Waiting for pr card after submitting photos

after two months of my landing In canada i got email from ircc that the photos that I submitted do not meet the require specifications and they requested new pr card photos then I sent new photos now it’s been 3 month that I am waiting for my pr card . do you know how long it will take to get pr card after submitting new photos?

For updates related to your specific case it is best that you [contact IRCC using their web form](https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp). It may also be useful to note that processing time does not include the wait time before they receive the application, and starts once they receive a completed application. You may find it helpful to [check processing times using the calculator on the IRCC website](https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html).
