My husband is a PR in Manitoba.
My husband has declared bankrupcty and will be only be cleared by April of 2017.

Can he still file for spousal sponsorhip with his current status?

Due to a health situation, I need to join him as soon as possible.

Kindly advice what’s the best action on this. Thank you in advance. Any helpful info will be greatly appreciated

1. No, he can’t sponsor if he is an undischarged bankrupt.
2. If you can get a visitor visa (TRV) if you are from a non visitor visa exempt country, then you could visit. Maybe difficult with a spouse in Canada.
