May I ask how long will it take for a sponsored family member such as me to be approved to get to Canada together with my wife and two minor aged kids?

sometimes its real hard to wait for reuniting with your family especially when theyre small

You can find some approximate timelines and details on both sponsorship applications on the the [Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)](http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp) website in the the [Processing Times: Family Sponsorship](http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp) section.

According to the [Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)](http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/call.asp) Call Centre, the outside Canada process is a generally shorter processing time than the inside Canada.
