I’ve landed November 06, 2015 and still waiting for my pr card, But i need to go back to my country by February 2016. I don’t know if my pr card will arrive that time. If ever it won’t arrive yet, how and where to apply for Permanent Resident travel documents. Can i get out of the country (Canada) without those travel documents? What are the requirements?

1. You don’t need a PR card to leave Canada, just to return, if you don’t have one by then, you will have to apply for PR travel document at Islamabad.
2. If it arrives while you are in Pakistan, have someone courier to you.
