# I have not Received my Son's PR card yet

Hi everyone ^^
I landed on October, 2015.
I received my and my husbands PR card on 2th Feb,2016 but did not receive my 9 year Old Son yet.
As I am out of Canada at the moment, Let me know What do I to to ?
as far as i know, to call center…
should I try +1-613-944-4000 with those option ?

Hello, i am in a similar situation where my kids and my PR card arrived, but my wife’s hasn’t, I wanted to know what response you got from the provided number. Is it a longer processing time, or some other checks?
