# How do I cancel my OHIP?

Im living in quebec now if you can let me know when this is done I have my ramc card from quebec

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us. The Ontario’s Ministry of Health page, “[replace, cancel or change information on your health card](https://www.ontario.ca/page/replace-cancel-or-change-information-your-health-card#section-1)” has information on how to cancel your OHIP coverage if you move outside of Ontario.

Here is an excerpt:
