# Have still not Received PR cards

My wife & I arrived in Canada (landing at Toronto) on June 5, 2016 for permanent residence status. we were told at the border that our PR cards would arrive at our residence in Ottawa in 6 to 8 weeks. Now, almost 3 months have passed and we have not received the cards. Please tell us how and where we would contact to check this.

1. Contact the call centre **1-888-242-2100 (only from within Canada) the present processing time is 41 days.**
