Hello,

I am applying for citizenship for my spouse and daughter and looking for some help with online application.. Is it OK to fill out the representative form (IMM5476) for both online applications OR I fill it out for my spouse’s application only. My daugher is minor and applying under subsection 5(2)) and is attached with my spouse’s application.

Will appointing representative be viewed negatively by the processing authority (e.g. in terms of language proficiencies. or communication.) I am submitting CLB level 4 certification (Ontario ESL)with application for my spouse.

Can I be the representative for my daughter also?

Any help with this clarification is appreciated.

Thank you.

H
